I just installed the HR20-100 and miss the feature of the tivo unit that jumps back a few seconds when you press play after fast forwarding. I tried the code IAMANEDGECUTTER in the keyword search and then pressed Menu and Info at the same time at the front of the box, but it didn't bring up this "hidden" feature. any other advice?
Also, if there's any new work arounds to switching between tuners on the HR20, I'd love to hear them. we used to watch 'deal or no deal' or similar shows all the time by pausing them, watching on the other tuner, and coming back, gonna miss that.
