Yep, they're common 1/4-20 thread for the mounting and adjusting bolts. The elevation fine tuning nut is 5/16-20. The various spacers are 1/4" nylon bushings, and the longer carriage bolts for the lower reflector mounting and pole mount also came from Ace, although I'd expect HD and Lowes would also have them.

I bought them at a local Ace Hardware store. They were in the loose hardware drawers.

If they don't have the parts, try HD, Lowes, Tru-Value, etc. Amazon might list them too, but I haven't looked.
