Tomorrow I should finish wiring up my ribbon cable to my Uniden 9900 Receiver. On the 4 Dish poles outside I was going to try the Tee-Comm LNB that came with this system to try and determine if it is capable of receiving anything. What would be the best way to Set UP?

Since the Actuator is currently fully retracted do I set the initial Dish Pole to look at far East Sat 129.0W, then drive the Dish over (If Elevation setting is okay) to try and find my South Satellite which is 97.0W? There are 2 big Screw Adjustments on the back my Dish.

Start out with locating your true south satellite, if its 97 there's sometimes analog feeds on it during the day, afternoon, so you might get lucky. (some of the c-band birds have little analog left, so it's hard to use them any more for dish-setup.)
Once you find 97, start trying to find the next nearest bird to that one, like G16 at 99, checking elevation as you find the sats. Keep going back to 97 and check your signal is still there. There's a good guide to it, if I can find the link, I'll add it.

Thanks TurboSat. So with the Actuator fully retracted should I set the Dish on the Pole to face Westerly Satellites 129 or 148, and then drive it over to my South Satellite 97.0W? The Uniden 9900 Manual goes into great and very confusing details on being sure to set up the Actuator East and West Limits. Is this really necessary since when I was bench testing the Actuator with a 12VDC Battery Charger it drove until the Shaft was fully extended, then when I reversed polarity it drove the Shaft back until it was fully retracted? So the Actuator limits seem to be working.
