How to remove Hopper Plus

We had before adding H+ and we’ve had since adding H+.
it’s not the tv. its a new tv Plus it also did with previous tv.
Have reset and updated our receiver. Have unplugged and plugged, all the stuff they would want you to check first. Nothing blocks the Dish at all. Wide open sky. It’s frustrating.

You need a tech to possibly replace the LNBF, and then check for water damage to any connectors or outside hardware

I removed hopper plus from my hopper 3 and now remote does not work and will not pair?
Bring your Hopper to the diagnostic screen. You can do this by pressing the System Info button behind the door on the front of the Hopper.

Do this with the remote:
  • Press and hold the SAT button on the side of the remote until SAT starts to flash you will see a few other options lit and then un-press the Sat button and the flashing will start.
  • Press and hold the DVR and Guide buttons at the same time for a few seconds until you hear descending tones come from the remote.
This will unpair the remote from whatever it is paired to. After you hear the descending tone you should see a 54 remote go away from the diagnostic screen. Even if you don't, press the Sat button and you should hear a tone and you should see the remote add itself to the diagnostic screen. You should have full control now.
