how to record from dish 301 receiver to VCR

Please advice me , how to record programs from dish network 301 receiver to vcr.

plug the 301's video output (either coaxial, composite/RCA, or s-video) and audio output (either coaxial or composite/RCA) into the VCR's input and either start the recording manually or setup a timer on the VCR to start it automatically or............... read your 301 and VCR manuals.
