I live in Florida.I just moved to my new apartment where I cudnt get my international channel (sun tv) as well as signals which i subscribed for. So I cancelled my dish network service totally. I am just wondering is there any chance I could use that super dish to receive free hd cable channels without paying to my cable operators. Atleast I want to watch free few channels using that dish.Please somebody help me out.

well many years ago people I know in phoenix used garbage can lids in their attics to get free HBO, from a local non encrypted link.
I saw it myself how hokey but it worked.
So their question is based in reality just obsolete reality.

Actually now you can get free cable, not via satellite or cable but by the internet. Many cable channels will post shows online to watch shortly after they air. Places like hulu.com also has a bunch.
