How to get 61.0°W <C> 65.0°W if possible

I was wondering, if anyone new how can I get that frequency 61.0°W <C> 65.0°W
on the satelite. I am a directv customer.....but I wanted to get this frequency since it can show channels in south america that Directv does not show. I imagine I would have to get another satelite dish and another reciever....my question is what satelite dish and what reciever.....and at the same tiem is this possible?

Actually I am trying to get estrela do Sul 1 at 63.0°W. Can I actually get it from where I am at zip code 33138 Miami, Florida....and what I might need.
