how to find sateliite 99 and 103 and can i use a reegular lnb

i am living in the caribbean were the satellites are far apart, i wanted to know if a normal lnb can be use to find the 103 and 99 satellite. cause i have to use 3 diferent dishes in order to get the normal hd programmes
