How to check if a receiver is free and clear?

I have a 921 that was traded to me for some work done and I want to make sure there are no charges associated with it. Is there any way to do this online, or do I have to call and go into phone bot hell?

I've usually had good luck calling in in the late evening (like now-ish). Unfortunately they kept sending me drive-dead DVR721s, so I spent a lot of time calling back to get another sent out to me. 4th time was a charm.

I have had best luck going through tech support to get the answer on R00 and S00 numbers and wether the receiver is leased.
