How to change UHF frequency/channel?

My neighbor and I constantly compete with our UHF remotes. I have a 622 box. Not sure what he has but I think it is the same since he likes to watch the Monster channel a bunch.. (he changes my box to this frequently).
How can I change my 622 and remote to use a different UHF channel (frequency)?

-Press sys info on front of 622 (behind the door)
-Bring TV2 remote into room with tv 1
-Hold down sat button on blue #2 tv remote for 6 seconds until sat lights up. Let go and the sat button flashes
-While sat button is flashing, enter a number between 1 and 15 thats not beside of secondary remote address already(in the little white box)
-Press #, sat button will flash 3 times
-press record on the remote, you should notice the number change on the screen
- good to go

a b switch

There is also an a-b switch under the battery door, I have read that you can select B and then change that setting on the reciever.

I have not tried this, good luck!
