How to change the Polarity

Hello SatelliteGuys,
I have SUPERDISH from dishnetwork from past 15 months. Receiver is Dish311. Was getting some international channels.Recently tried to get more channels.But,Channels from odd transponders are not coming b/c it says satellite signal not available for satellite 121.
When i cheked the polarity,121 satellite is EVEN Device: feed
and the other two 119 Polarity: All , Device: feed
110 Polarity: All, Deviceual .
Switch is DP34 .
What can I do to change the polarity of 121 satellite to All? Please advise.

Assuming a Check Switch doesn't fix it, you probably have a bad LNB.

It could be any number of other problems, though.

Your lnbf may be bad or the switch may be bad, most likely its the lnbf as there is a recall on the fss lnbf for the 121 sat. You will need to set up a service call for this issue and be sure to tell them you suspect that it is the lnbf that is under recall notice, this way you should not be charged for a service call if you dont have an extended warranty.
