I have searched the D* website high and low and nowhere can I find what the price of the Sports Pack is. Unless I made a mistake and missed an obvious link, I think it's very wrong of them not to tell me how much it costs. They say how much the premium movie channels cost, but why don't they say how much the Sports Pack is?

I did see a link to click to add the package, but I'm not sure if that link will subscribe me to it before I know how much it costs, so therefore I haven't clicked on that link.

The price depends on how many premium services you have. If Sports pack is your only premium service the price is $12/month. For the second premium service its another $11/month. The third premium adds another $10/month. The price drops to $7/month for the fifth additional premium channel, but by then it's probably cheaper to go with Total Choice Premier.

Just to make you feel better, so far everything I've seen on their site has at least one step of confirmation before changes are made to your account. So it would be safe to click on the link.

Thanks for your advice. I'm a big Sacramento Kings fan and I was considering signing up for the Sports Pack in lieu of the NBA League Pass which costs $169 since with the Sports Pack I would get Comcast SportsNet West which carries most of the Kings' games. At $12 per month over the course the whole season I would pay about $96, so I'd save about $70 bucks if I went with the Sports Pack instead of League Pass, however with the Sports Pack I'd get other sports channels too although I'm not sure how much I'd watch those, but with League Pass I'd get a lot of other NBA games in addition to Kings games so I think I'll go ahead and pony up for the League Pass.

Unless you are in the Sacramento area, your profile doesn;t mention your location, you would not get any Kings games by signing up for the sports pack, You would be able to get Comcast SportsNet West but anytime a Kings games was on it would be blacked out unless you live in the Sacramento area or had the League Pass. Sports pack gets you those channels but not the professional sports events shown on them unless you live in that teams area.

Sports pak is a ripoff. The only reason I activate it for half the year is to archive "Shark Byte" on FSNBA.
