I have the old 811 HD pack for $9.99/mo with SuperDish. I want to upgrade to the new MPEG 4 and the HD DVR (722?). How much will it cost me to convert? I received the "free offer" e-mail but I dont think it's free. I know I need a new dish 1000 and a new receiver and there will be a upgrade charge monthly. But I just want want the costs upfront. Thanks!
