How much does Cinemax cost per month??????

Looks like this deal is gone after being with Dish for two years. According to CSR, they do not offer this anymore..

I got the following message on my previous statement :

"Here's the DISH...
We hope you are enjoying your Cinemax programming at the
special promotional price of only a penny a year! This is a
courtesy reminder that your promotional period will expire next
month. Starting with your next billing statement, your account
will reflect the low programming price of $13.00 a month for
Cinemax."

On the current statement says: :rant:
"Cinemax 13.00"

So, I removed it yesterday... and have been thinking about removing the auto pay and paperless billing also....

Well when mine expires(I'm not calling in) Dish better get me back on America's Everything Package can't get those Premiums any cheaper than that,except for the .01 Cinemax deal.Of course if Dish renews it again.....I ain't telling nobody!.

$13 is way too much for it as far as I'm concerned.
