How many people here are "moved"?

This can go for the Dish Network users that are here on this forum and the DirecTV ones if they are reading this. Anyways, be sure to give out what city you live in, and what city you're "moved" to.

For me, I live in Rochester, MN, but I am "moved" to North Mankato, MN in order to get the Twin Cities, MN as well as Mankato, MN as a bonus.

When I had Dish, my physical location was about 45 miles due south of Kansas City, but I had successfully "moved" to Omaha, Joplin, Topeka, Tulsa, St. Louis and Columbia.

As full time RV'ers, we physically move regularly, but we often don't "move" our service address as long as we're still within the spot beam. Or sometimes we "move" our service address before we physically move. Compared to our billing address though, we're always "moved" since we're never physically at that address.

Way back before my locals were even HD OTA, I had "moved" to a small Kansas town to pick up Kansas City locals off the conus satellite. Shortly thereafter Dish began moving locals to spot beams and I had to move back home.

The only way for most subscribers to "move" online is by using the Dish chat service or Facebook messaging to contact a CSR. The other option of course is to call in.

I used to use the address next to the local Mc Donald’s in New Berry Michigan in the Upper Peninsula to get distant networks for LA and NYC.

One of my customers was using the address on the other side of the Burger King.

I actually drove by the place last year while on a vacation trip and sent my customer a picture of his former home next to the Burger King.

We always would joke, “ how is the weather in new berry” today

I used to find a trailer park in the DMA I wanted to watch, locate the last unit on a street, then add 100 to the address. Always seemed to work well
