How long after ordering before install?

I signed up for "D" last Thursday June 13 and received the equipment yesterday (Monday the 17th). I still have not even been contacted by an installer. Is this normal?

Hmm, they don't normally sent the equipment directly to the customer. If you know who is doing the install, you should call them.

That is unusual, almost all equip brought by installer. Better call in.

did you go thru a best buy or sam's club? sometimes they do mail out all the gear. they should have notified the local contracting company so a tech could stop out and install it for you.

Direcsat is an hsp, i think you meant direcstar.

but yea, Ive done some same day appointments this week, I had a 12-4 yesterday and the guy said he called in for the upgrade at 1:30.... I was like oh wow... thats kinda neat. I still hate FS Scheduler.

No it's not. However. Rural South Dakota. 1 tech for a very large area I guess.
