So you can get a different set of locals, usually distant locals but sometimes a different LIL market.

You-Hi. I recently moved and need to change my address
They may go through their schpeel. Tell them you already got he dish installed and its working.
You give them the "physical"address but tell them you would like the bill sent where it was. You may have to give that to them.

If you are moving to get distants...don't ask for them right away...Heck, wait 10 minutes and go on Dish's site and order them there
