How does the 5220 Dual PVR setup work?

I'm thinking about getting the new 5220 dual PVR to hook up two TVs to the same receiver. I can't find any information on how this setup works. I know there are two remotes, one IR remote for the 'main' TV, and a UHF remote for the 2nd TV, but how do you get the audio and video from the receiver to the 2nd TV (which will be far away from the receiver)? I'm guessing one of the following is true:

1. There is a separate, dumbed-down set-top box for the 2nd TV, to which you run an RG6 cable, then run component video and optical audio cables from there to the TV, or
2. They expect you to buy massively long (and expensive) audio and video cables which run from the 5220 to the 2nd TV.

Any info is appreciated,
Thanks.

There is one coax cable that is run to the 2nd tv from the output of the PVR, which carries the sound and video (its RF so the picture = not as good but hey!), which you use the UHF remote to change the channel!
