How do you tell what year a tv is from? Like this 50” VIZIO LED 1080p 120Hz Smart TV w/ Wi-Fi Item #: 630257|Model #: E500I-A1..My parents are looking to get this TV and was wwondering what year this model is and thanks for any help is appreciated!!

E series is current. The TV itself I believe came out in August 2012.
