How Do You Delete a Favorite List on a 622

I have several Favorite List that I created but no longer use. I can't find anyway to delete the list. You can clear all the channels from it, but you cannot get rid of the list itself. So everytime they add a channel, the list is back when I hit the guide button. Certainly there has to be a way of getting rid of a "List".
