How do I know what locals are in HD?

Is there a site or something that will tell me what channels I get locally in HD? That is, if I get the HD package with an OTA Antenna, what local channels will I get in HD in the Detroit area?

Depending on your reciever, HD programs will be indicated.

My HTL-HD has a little HD logo that lights up in the corner if a show is in HD, usually sports events and some news on the locals here in Chicago.

Does anyone know anything about the "standard" receiver that comes with the installation package from DirecTV? I mean, if I order it on the website, what kind of features will the receiver have?
