I had a dream that a really nice house on my street went on short sale for $40k in the next couple of months. If that ends up coming to fruition, I will offer $50K on the spot, and have no problem selling my house and moving to the east coast. Living in a good area, I can rent that house easily for $1000 per month, reduced to $800 for long time rental contracts and no/minimal landlord requirements. It will actually save me a lot of money that way, and I can make my dad the property manager. May even sell my home to my parents for a reduction. Too many scenarios to go through.
