how did E* and D* locals in Mobile AL do durning Ivan?

Those that could/and have been affected by Ivan, how did E* and D* hold up durning the storms. I know your local NBC station lost their tower, are they still up on E* or D* ? Watched news coverage thru Ch15's website and the devistation was mind boggling, All those that are down in Alabama, Fl and Mississippi my heart and prayers are with you all..

I don't know cause I don't have locals yet. I did hear the guy on 15 mention that they were available on directv.

I called dish to order my superdish upgrade today. Yet another reason to have satellite, all the cable customers have no idea when they will ever get service again. Same reason I have DSL, which never went down.
