I need Help!!!

I need help! I can get high signal readings but no quality -0- on any satellite I go to. I'm not sure if my menu or dish settings are correct. I have been struggling with this stuff all freaking day long....
I have all the Longitude and Latitude setting. I live in Houston, TX (77539). The closest Satellite to me is G3, at 95 West. But I can't even get any signal quality there.
My equipment is as follows:

Viewsat VS2000 Extreme,
Fortec Star 90cm (35") Dish,
STAB HH-90 Rotor
Invacom QPH-031 Quad LNBF, LO10.75/ HI 11.25GHZ
4x1 Diseqc Switch

Please help.

I would stick to one side of the LNBF at a time. If you use the linear side the L.O. should be 10750 (When using the circular side set your L.O. to 11250)

I would remove the motor/switch and try to find and store a few satellites first!

Here are all the angles you will need for all the satellites in your area!

Code:

I have just completed installing my Fta system. But I can only get channels from Intelsat 5, 97W. From every thoer satellite, I get no signal and no quality. What am I doing wrong?

I would double check you have entered your latitude (North) and longitude (West) correctly.

Also check the L.O. setting of your LNBF.

I merged this thread with your other. Please dont open a new thread for the same issue. Makes it too confusing to follow along :)

I have checked again. Problem still exist. I think my entries are correct. Here are my entries:
Lat: 29.7 N
Long: 95.3 W
L.O. ( I take it this means, LNB Low?) 1075....Invacom QPH-031 Quad LNBF

10750 for the LO frequency

Can you get G3 (which is right next door to IA5 and is your true south)

Make sure to use the following transponder to verify signal on G3
11780 freq
H pol
20760 symbol rate

Pardon my ignorance here Iceberg. This is precisely my problem. How do i enter these figures you are giving me? On my receiver, I do not see where to enter 11780 freq
H pol
20760 symbol rate

I do not see this in the Installation/Antenna Setup area. Can you point me to the right direction?

I havent worked on a viewsat in a while but Go into your antenna setup (where it lists your antenna optins, diseqc options, etc) and at the bottom it should have a list of transponders at the bottom

Scroll down and get into that box and you should be able to edit the transponder info. But I know the transponder I listed for G3 should already be in there. Check my review of the Viewsat 2000 (the original) in the review section for pictures. I think the Xtreme is set up the same, just has a couple other options

This should be 10750 with the linear (FSS) side of your QPH and 11250 with the circular (DBS) side.
