how can i figure out my password?

i was at work yesterday and couldn't get signed on. i couldn't even change the password because i didn't know it. both my computers at home automatically sign me on and when i go someplace else, i'm screwed. charlie

i am going through the directions. i entered my email address and clicked on username. but i already know my username i think. it's the password i though i knew but it doesn't work. will try to work through this problem. thanks. i like this board. got my new az premium today and need the instructions to set it up. charlie

You can go into the options or settings menu of your browser on your home computers and find where your saved passwords are and it will tell you. If you can't find it let us know what browser you use, IE, FireFox, etc. and we can tell you exactly where to go.

When you go to the lost password screen your username is chaskucar

Fill that out and it will email you a link which you must click on and then it will ask you what new password you want to use.
