Constant Notification popups when browsing on my S23

This morning I am getting constant request to turn on notifications. I cant get them to go away. I'm browsing the site using Chrome on my S23 phone. I can't find a way to turn them off. Just started this morning.

I using the SatelliteGuys app.

I went into the preferences and turned on and off Alerts and Push options. That seems to havev resolved the issue.
