I live full time in an RV.
I have anew Hopper install 2H 0J (one week).
I now have a Dish 1000.2 portable dish which I am learning to set up and aim. With practice I expect to reduce set up time from 90 minutes to less than 9 minutes.
When i stop for a night en route I would like to be able to use the automatic dish 500 on the roof of the RV.

Is there some way to connect the dish 500 to the dual Node adding resistors, transistors, diodes or chewing gum and bailing wire, to make the Hoppers work with the automatic DishPro Plus 500?

It is generally not considered polite to set up equipment when staying overnight at a Walmart or other parking lot, especially when it is raining or snowing or dark.

Two feeds from the DPP500 to a single node then to the hopper. You would probably be functional with a single line from the DPP500 to the Hopper, but would only have two tuners available, not three. If the straight feed works, I don't know if it would make the Hopper glitchy or not. I think a single node should run $50 or less, so it's probably worth the investment.
