How bad are the Browns???

It's freaking PRESEASON!!

If my Sabres were losing 11-1 in a preseason game, would any of us care?

Besides, let's see what happens when it REALLY COUNTS.

Monday night football- the G-String men will be exposed for the Super frauds they are!

Let me leave you with this quote from salsadancer:

IT'S PRESEASON...... IF ANYONE talks smack IN PRESEASON, SHOULD BE SMACKED!

In this case, you'll probably get smacked!

Don't give us Giants fan that preseason crap . . . even Turicco said it after the first quarter, you always need to look at the end of the 1st quarter because that's where the first teams are out in preseason
. . . 1st quarter score was 23-3 . . . even more electrifying was Domenik Hixon with 2 receiving touchdowns and a punt return for 82 years . . . 3 TD's in 1 quarter!!!!!!

NICE TO SEE ELI AND GIANTS STILL SHINING FROM THEIR SUPERBOWL WIN!!!!!!!

There's losing a pre-season game....then there this.

9 penalties for 96 yards...
blocked punt for a safety...
fumble on hand-off for a turnover TD...
...punt return for a TD...
getting your QB killed....
and it's not even halftime.

YUCK!

Now you're going off the deep end! Is there a full moon tonight? Giants? Frauds? Hardly! I've said it before and I'll say it again, the Giants are Super Bowl champions, and they DESERVE to be super Bowl champions!

Preseason games are worthless, glorified scrimmages.

In August 1991, the Redskins went 1-3 in the preseason. IIRC, didn't they have a good season?

Also, the 2002 Redskins scored at least 30 points in each of their preseason games under Steve Spurrier, and we all know how that ended up for 'The Ol Ball Coach.'

+1. Frauds? Hardly.

The Giants have an awesome defense. Probably the best D-Line in the league. The pressure that Osi Umenyiora, Justin Tuck and the boys are able to put on against stud Offensive Linemen is just unreal!

3 teams looked really bad in pre-season this weekend.

Cowboys, Chargers and Patriots.

I am willing to bet these teams will be fine come the regular season.

Never put any stock in anything you see in the pre-season.

+1. Not to mention, like those teams we are playing without key players....

Braylon Edwards and Shaun Rogers didn't play. They are both arguably our biggest weapons on offense and defense.

Josh Cribbs went to the locker room after the first series. He's our top special teams tackler and return man.

Our starting QB left the game with a concussion.

You don't if you are not seeing equal compared to equal.

Patriots played without Brady....Cassell is horrible.
Chargers are not playing Tomlinson in the pre-season.
The Broncos played QB Cutler and 1st team until halftime against the Cowboys.

This was 1st team vs. 1st team and the Browns looked like an expansion team.

Granted the Browns didn't get off to a good start by drawing huge penalties, a goal line fumble and big plays let go on special teams, but let's not over analyze this. The NYG defensive line sure looked dominating, but do remember that the Browns played without a few KEY members of their team themselves. See my above post...

Agreed....but I will now take extra note in next weeks game since you'd expect Brady Quinn to start.

What will be the first 'big game' of this NFL season?

John Madden not working this Sunday
