Houston OTA Channel 11 - no guide

Half of the OTA guide channels are incorrect in Vegas. Either just filler (e.g., 8-1 says "CBS" but 8-0 from dish is correct), many OTA "dot subchannels" have only filler info. In addition, the name of the channel on any given one may be wrong altogether, sometimes switched with another and sometimes of two, both are in the wrong place. I have to use an internet guide to figure out what's what for OTA and it's not real good either!

So I think our issue is similar to what everyone else is having. We have an antenna for locals and the CBS main is weak in our direction they have a "mirror" that works for us and we have a strong signal. The issue we have is that the guide shows the CBS "mirror" as FOX. Is there a way to get that channel information switched to the proper guide information? Am I correctly stating what the issue is and is there a workaround?

You have a PM. I can't attach in the PM but apparently can here. The guide shows:

1. missing OTA subchannel info. E.g., 8-4, 5-4, 5-3.

2. Missing OTA CBS affiliate info - 8-1 is OTA, 8-0 is OTA.

3. Incorrect channel info. 8-3 is shown as Movies (with no program info) but it's not Movies, it's some lame talking head sports channel. This isn't the only one thta is wrong, but I don't have the time to correlate incorrect vs correct. And my reference of Titan TV has gotten to the point where it isn't accurate any more either.
