Hopper3 problem with Primetime recordings

I have been having a problem with recordings of programs on channels that are part of PrimeTimeAnytime. The information regarding the length of time of the program and the point within the program you are viewing is linked to the PrimeTimeAnytime schedule for that day and not that of the individual program. This affects finding out your point in the viewing, fast forwarding, rewinding etc are affected. This impact is mostly during that day's PrimeTimeAnytime schedule. This has been happening for a long time. Anyone else having this problem and what is the best way to resolve it if DIRT is no longer active here.
