Hello I hope someone here can help. I have a new 2 Hopper and 2 Joey system. I have an external hard drive hooked up with a USB sling adapter. I was told by tier 2 tech support that I should see my external hard drive contents via Dish Anywhere but no luck. I can access my hard drive contents via the hopper it is hooked up to and the joey paired with it. Any Feedback would be great.

Tier 2 is sadly mistaken. On Hopper, EHD is not visible through Dish Anywhere. According to sources, Dish considered it a "bug" when the older receivers' EHDs were accessible via Dish Anywhere/Dish Online/Dish Remote Access. This is one bug I wish Dish didn't fix.
