Hopper timer problem

Hopper in living room has timers that didn't record. Software S222.

Schedule shows:
Competed by user Living Room 1

Timer Started: 11/07 8:59
Recording Started: N/A
Timer Stopped: 11/07 10:02
Recording Stopped: N/A

Recording doesn't show up in DVR.
What's causing this? All three tuners come through good on checkswitch and send status.

How did you set up the recordings? PTAT or select from the guide? IF PTAT Press DVR--->PTAT to see a list.

Scheduled on FX for "Only New." All episodes were new. Went into Schedule and restored timers for the next times the episodes aired but it didn't record them that time either.

I have seen this before. When all 3 tuners were recording and I was watching another program from the dvr. Got the "such and such is about to begin recording - allow or now" message. Hit Allowed but then changed the channel for some reason and then started another dvr program. New recording did not even begin but said completed by user is XXX.

Hmm yeah this happened when recording three shows as well. All the other TVs were off.
