Bases on my tech Hopper are 1080i and not 1080p.

I'm watching stuff off the EHD transferred to the Hopper. Still better PQ than the stuff reordered off the old receivers.
I noticed this too. I think the overall improvement in pq is real and not just a perception. The color saturation seems to be higher, but maybe that was because the first thing I watched was the Louisville orangemen battling Kentucky...

Again, this tech is wrong too.
The publishes spec sheets indicate 1080i and 1080p24, but NOT 1080p60.The only 1080 video resolutions I've seen is 1080i.
What happens when you PPV a 1080P movie? Will the Hopper prompt you for a 1080P option then?
