About a week ago, I got up, turned my TV on and my Hopper was stuck on the "Starting Up..." screen. I called technical support and did several resets, unplugged and plugged it back several times, but nothing I did fixed the issue. They sent me a replacement Hopper last Friday, I authorized it, everything seemed to be working ok until I came home from work today, turned my TV on and got the same "Starting Up..." screen. Did several resets and nothing.
Has anyone here experienced this? I searched the threads for it, but couldn't find anything. Any ideas?
