Retailers really don't make much on upgrades. I know there are a few retailers that won't even do them. We like to do it as a service to our current customers and hopefully gain some new ones. The main reason we like to keep or gain that customer is because we offer other services other than Dish. We also sell TVs and appliances. If we do an upgrade for a person maybe they'll buy a TV or refrigerator from us next time.
