Hopper/joey question

I have a new hopper/joey system. My question is I have my favorites set up. When I go to all channels the hopper will only allow me to use the up down arrows to scroll my favorite channels. It will not allow me to scroll every channel. I hope I made sense??

Channel scolling is limited to those channels that currently appear in the guide.

You need to switch the channel list in the guide.

You should be able to enter channel numbers even if they aren't shown in the current guide however.

I did that. I selected all channels, but it only allows me to scroll what I have in list 1

What channel are you looking for? Do you subscribe to it?
