Try this:
Press the red RESET button on the front of the Hopper. Wait for it to reboot. If you get the 833 popup, you should be good to go. If you get the 015, press MENU on the front of the Hopper. Move to SETTINGS on the screen. Click on FACTORY DEFAULTS next. Click YES. Hopper will reboot and hopefully 833 will appear and be successful, bringing you back to the Installation Wizard and properly downloading the software. If you don't get either one, hit MENU on the Hopper front panel again, Click SETTINGS. Click POINT DISH. Click CHECK SWITCH. Finally click TEST. If you see a popup 378 at any point, simply hit SYS INFO on the front panel, then click CLOSE. Popup 015 may display at this point, which is normal. It should finish and bring you back to the Installation Wizard, where it will then download the correct software and you can finish up installation.
