I have noticed that the Hopper has started to act strange in the last couple of weeks. All other content like standard DVR/Prime time live works fine.
If I start downloading some video via ON DEMAND, the hopper starts to slow down to the point that it does not respond, or it outright crashes and reboots on its own.
The system has been running fairly well and to be honest, I forget that it is there. It has a dedicated fan blowing across it and the stereo to keep them cool to the touch.
The other related issue is that the Downloaded video sometimes gets really pixelated or blacks out and then recovers.
Most of the video that we download are HBO and Pixl content.
MY system has been running since April with two joeys with no repeatable problems.
