Hopper and Joey turns off 10 minutes after turning on

Both my Hopper and Joey have began turning themselves off approx 10 minutes after turning them on. They dont turn off at the same time......just ten minutes after turning on the respective units. I called DISH and got the standard, "Unplug the Hopper for a 30 seconds and turn them back on."......that seems to work for the remainder of the day......but the next day, 5-10 mins after turning them on, they turn themselves off again. Its not a big deal, just a minor issue. Anyone else having this issue?

Someone else was complaining about this too. I would try disabling HDMI cec in the menus but I doubt that's what's causing this.

I had this issue and after disabling HDMI CEC I haven't had the issue since (it's been a month now I think).

I bought a USB fan for $8.97 from Amazon. Plugged it into the port on the Joey and it has worked perfectly since then. It was shutting down 2 or 3 times an hour. The Joey was simply overheating.
