Tech just left. Apparently according to his Dish tech support there is an issue starting today, (just my luck) that Joey's get stuck at 13 or 14% software download and stop. Said there is no known workaround yet.
Fantastic! We rebooted the Joey's before he called in and 2 of them went to bootstrap error! He replaced those two and it seems there is nothing to do but wait and see how many hours it will take for the Joeys to start working.
Got the upgrade after two 722 replacements and the 922 software glitch two days ago.
If I didn't hate, loathe and abhor DirecTV so much.......
