Hopper 3 - Storage Full - Deleted & Emptied Trash - Still complains storage full?

I have an idea...Record. Watch, delete ..Pretty simple.
Saving shows and events are not or rather appear not to be the intended purpose of the hard drive on a satellite receiver.
Now, some people are tv show hoarders. They cannot stand to delete anything they have recorded.
For them, the EHD is the way to go.

Easy for you to say. Can't Record, Watch and Delete when none of us are home for a extended period of time. EHD won't work in this situation either since one cannot record to the EHD remotely with DISHAnywhere. I'm watching from a backlog so will delete after watching. The thing is I can understand if it complains if it is out of space but when the space has been freed up with the trash can empty giving 30% of free space as indicated in the capacity as it shows 70% instead of 100%, then this is a bug in the OS since it is not using available space and still complaining.

So something else is wrong

I'm thinking there are some files that are no longer needed that didn't get deleted even with the soft menu reboot but the RBR fixed it.
