You might get a different tech this time. There is an adapter that the techs should use when using a DirecTV mast on a DISH install. The last tech obviously didn’t use one, maybe didn’t have one.
Tech came and put his meter on it and adjusted the dish. Getting locals now with a somewhat low signal. I didn't catch which way he moved it, but no matter. He showed me with an app on his phone the real problem is a tree I need to drop. We're on the edge of woods, not the first time I've had to drop a tree for satellite reception. Since it's winter, no leaves were on the tree but I do remember during the summer having growth that could block signal.
