Is there a way to fix a hopper 3 when it’s stuck in a starting up 9999 loop?

Hello, all4jo. The 9999 reset/refresh message should not take more than 5-10 minutes to complete. If the message continues to loop, we recommend resetting the Hopper as suggested by Bobby.
