Well not only from a customer stand point for things it would have but you gotta also take into account the way and requirements to install them should be simplified much much better than they already are. If you need two HWS's you gotta have 3 (count them THREE) cables running from the dish/LNB to a central point where the large node is located then one line to each box which is fine but if you would see some homes that have triple lines coming off a roof for example, it isn't a pretty sight. They need to figure out a way to only need 1 line coming from the dish to a smaller node to split between the two HWS's. Not only would it cut down on waste but also cut down on how sh!tty it looks how many problems you would likely have in the future a win win for everyone.
As a customer that has them I'd like to see them a little bit smaller in width, have better airflow than they currently have in them for heat distribution and if you have a EHD hooked up to 1 HWS then the other should be able to read from it like it reads from each other now and vise versa. I would love to stack large EHD's on each one but be able to access them from each other.
