Hooper Artifacts Lagged picture

We recently upgraded to 2 hoppers and 4 joeys
and in general are happy with the system.

What I have noticed however is during nightly programming
on the major networks is a slow/lagged picture at times
Very subtle but noticeable. Its like a few frames were missing
Audio is fine.

Ive called support and all they did was verify signal, switch and reboot the unit.
still have issue.

LNBs were replaced during upgrade
Using Dual shielded RG6 coax with all new connectors
HDMI from the hopper into a onkyo receiver/switcher then hdmi to
a Mitsubishi dlp 73"

I will bypass the onkyo and go direct to see if this helps
Else not sure.
I usually dont watch on the joeys myself to see if the problem follows.

The Onkyo would be my first thought as a technician. Does it do it on both Hoppers or just that one? Do you see this issue on the joeys that are linked to that hopper?
