Hooper and remote control question

OK - so this is a non normal question…

Does anyone know how "complex" it is(will) be to tell the Hooper/Joey setup to 'keep' a show so it doesn't get deleted by the system?

On TiVo S4 boxes this takes about 5-6 clicks in the menu which seems easy which it is but it is NOT quick. My wife loves that on DirecTV box she can press a 'blue' button while in the "List" and presto it is kept till she deletes it.

How does Dish handle this?

I suspect this isn't that key to many but it wil make me sell it to the wife a lot easier

correct I guess dish calls it protect.
