222k receiver with a 1K.4 EA Dish. 1 HD TV at receiver location and 2 tv2's mirrored.
Problem:
TV2 from the home distribution port has a rolling picture similar to an old v-hold adjustment. The TV1 output from the same home distribution port comes in crystal clear with absolutely no problems.A direct line from the receiver to the Digital television will work for both tv1 and tv2 from the home distribution.
What has been Done:

222k receiver with a 1K.4 EA Dish. All of the cabling, components (ground blocks, diplexers, etc.) have been replaced new. Outlets have been tested good. The receiver was replaced, and the customer started having this problem when she upgraded from a 322 which had no problems. Direct lines have been run from the back of the receiver and switched the home distribution connection was changed from whole home to direct line. Also tried other temporary televisions and different electrical outlets. The problem stays consistent and is the worse from one TV in particular.

I am at a loss and stumped any help iis greatly appreciated!!!!!

yes we did try that we tried changing the channel from 21 and 60, to 60 and 21, then changed it to cable and tried 95 and 73 and reversed that as well. we even tried crossing with the receiver set to cable and 73 we put the tv on 22. Thanks for responding.

You should be able to put the modulated outputs as close as 2 channels apart. For example, on OTA setting, I use channels 60 and 62 and the second 722 via diplexer on 64 and 66 and then distribute that. This should avoid most broadcast channels. A broadcast channel (or cable channel) on nearby frequencies and mixed in with these will likely cause bars and rolling. Bad/leaky coax should be replaced, too, to keep out RF or cable co. signals. I can add the OTA signals as any leakage out would only affect people 45 miles away, ha.
