are those 2 channels gone to h265? I’ve tried watching them with my freesat v7hd and the picture is slow for 15 seconds then it freezes and i only get audio.

If they were .265, I doubt you’d see any picture at all. That’s been the case with my receivers- I found a .265 feed on 103 W once; the Amiko HD.265 could decode it while the RE could not. I don’t see how there could be any picture at all in your scenario if the V7 can’t decode HD.265

What type of receiver do i need to properly decode that format?

Might just need delete the channels and rescan if you havn't tried that already.
those channels are h264 mpeg 4 AVC HD. Check your receivers documents see if it has support for that format.

I deleted the channels and scanned them in again it didn’t change a thing.

Both channels come in fine on my microHD and V8 Golden. Th v8 and the v7 are similar boxes made by the same people.
