High Praise for Satellite AV

I want to say that I had a very good experience with Satellite AV.

I had purchased a VisionSat IV200 which I had problems getting going. The details of the issue are spelled out here.

Anyway, Satellite AV called me and really wanted to understand the issues I had with the receiver. Even though they could not duplicate the issue I was having they still sent me a new receiver.

The new VisionSat IV200 has had none of the issues the original unit had and I'm very happy with the final results!
