HIC in Reverse

We discussed a little last Summer, but wanted to just confirm the following:

At Joey location, reversed HIC can ethernet connect to a Roku?

Is there anything else needed? And, I assume wiring should be self-explanatory (Joey to Pass Thru line).
Wireless connection is just too iffy most of the time. (old house with lathed plastered walls)
$25 at Amazon now.

Nothing needed for the HIC as long as you know how to use the required taps/splitters/etc.

I use reverse HIC to a 5 port switch, but if you only need to connect Roku, omit the switch.

HIC arrived and all hooked up. Nice to have a fast, stable Roku again.
